How should we tackle the loneliness epidemic?
No silver bullet for this, but some things the property industry could do better to address this issue:
- Create intergenerational communities by mixing tenant bases
- Design schemes to foster social interaction in communal areas
- Provide incentives for neighbours to mutually support each other in day to day living
